No way! Luffy is the heart and soul of the Straw Hat crew. Zoro is a great swordsman but lacks the leadership qualities that Luffy possesses. The crew follows Luffy because of his charisma and unwavering determination. Zoro is better suited as the first mate.

Thats a bold statement! Personally, I found Luffys training pretty intense and intriguing. His dedication to mastering Haki and improving his strength was captivating. But hey, to each their own! Zoros training was definitely badass too. Both characters leveled up big time during the time skip.
